Location is prime and that is about it. If staying in a 2 bedroom, be sure to confirm if aircon is working. After hour reception claims that it is advertised that one aircon does not work, which was not mentioned anywhere! Would not have stayed in this apartment if we were aware. Attempts to contact the after hours number, ended in our calls getting disconnected. The fourth attempt to contact them, we requested for a call back as we kept getting disconnected. No attempt was made to contact us or advise us of what our options were. General maintenance was poor. Toilet paper fixtures were broken. There was disgusting amounts of dirt under the couch! We had to move it to the side so we could pull the mattresses out to the lounge to sleep there, due to the aircon not working. I am from Darwin and used to this kind of weather however, with no air flow this was not ideal to stay in. It was a border line sauna. I wish this review were different but I think it is important to be aware, especially if travelling with children.

Airconditioning permanently 'out of service' in the second bedroom. A must have in the very hot sticky Queesland summer. If you call and ask they will let you know if your second room will have airconditioning. Good pool slide for kids and the apartments are clean. Good view of the river, one tram stop away from main streets of surfers paradise.

My family and I have stayed at this wonderful property several times and absolutely love it. Its proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping is marvellous. We have always felt welcomed by the staff and we highly enjoy all the onsite facilities. Highly recommend if you are seeking a relaxed and stress-free getaway. We are definitely booking again.

We recently stayed 3 nights here. I booked on budget so at $645 for 3 nights I wasn't expecting much as comparing prices were 800 plus. When we walked through the beautiful foyer and up to our 12th floor apartment I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern it was. I walked through our door and couldn't believe what I saw.. a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with full size kitchen, dining and living areas plus a full size laundry! Wrap around balconies with ocean and river views also. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only thing was minimum soaps etc. But for the price and overall value, who cares! The laundry had washing soap, bathrooms 1 soap each, kitchen milk and 1 dishwashing liquid and a few tablets. The manager is great. Very friendly and accommodating.
