I have been to a few hotels, and seen a few cities, but nothing compares to the service we received at this hotel, from all the staff and especially Lena, the room operations voyager. She was insanely helpful and very organized. She helped me plan my proposal there and made sure everything went smoothly. The rooms are spacious, the staff and concierge are great and the hotel is extremely well located.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but great size and bathrooms are very nice. It is an older building but the hotel is beautiful. The staff here is great and might be one of the only hotels where the front desk staff was helpful and friendly while trying to resolve an issue. Their breakfast was amazing and great quality, they fill up quickly so there might be a wait. The Italian restaurant had great aperitivo snacks and their food was amazing. They also had a great rooftop bar and the bar on main floor had fun cocktails and knowledgeable staff. Location was great, everything we wanted to see was walking distance.

So so so good! The room is gorgeous, they let us check in early and gave us an upgrade. Amenities are fantastic, love the steam room and the pool and the gym. They gave our 4 year old daughter two presents, she was sooo happy. Thank you!!! What an amazing vacation. Best Ritz I’ve been to - I’ve mostly visited Ritz Carlton’s along the East Coast of USA but this is by far the best of them all. Looking forward to the rest of our stay! Room 235

What a disappointment. I asked my husband if we were at the "Fake Ritz"?! It was terrible & we will NEVER stay at this Ritz again. The exterior looks nice, then you enter inside & it's "blah" & looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. :-0 Moving onto the breakfast room...it was packed full of people like sardines & reminded us of a cheap ski lodge. There were no plates or bowls on the picked over buffet they charged $50/person a day for. The ONLY EXCEPTIONAL worker was Luis & he was running around like a chicken with its head chopped off trying to help the MASS room of people. I hated to bother him, so got up to try & get a hot cup of coffee from the barista guy. He literally ignored me & was slamming down metal containers with a pissed off look on his face. My husband ended up having to go speak to him bc I returned back to the table no coffee in hand. The experience reminded me of a Luby's Cafeteria gone bad. The rooms were just OK, but narrow & very dark inside. No A/C only a unit that blows luke warm air that they tell you has A/C. The bedsheets were scratchy & rough. The manager called us one day since we told them we no longer wanted to partake in their breakfast buffet begging us to give them another opportunity. So, we reluctantly ordered room service on the day of departure (bc nothing else was open) and once again they messed up our order only bringing half of it. We now call this place "dee REETZ" bc it felt like a fake Ritz. We travel quite a lot & work hard so we can stay in nice places, but this was a HUGE disgrace. I understand it is difficult for hotels to find good workers & staff ever since Covid, but our experience was so faaaar off I cannot attribute it to that. Did I mention we were there with another couple & they too hated every minute of staying there. What else? Our 2 in room phones did not work, so we couldn't call to request a taxi & there were no face cloths for two of the days. The conceirge was very helpful & informative as was the guy who checked us in with curly hair, but everything else was quite bad. I never write mean reviews, but I don't want anyone else's trip to be misled by the name of this hotel.
