First things first, the location wasn't as bad as i thought, it is far from the tourist spots but it's near a train station so it's easy to move around the city and get to the city center. Second, the room... It wasn't that clean, there were dead insects on the wall, it was dusty pretty much everywhere the only things i liked were that there was a tv with netflix, the wifi in the room was pretty strong and there was an AC and also an electric fan. The costumer service was really helpful especially in our case, we booked through booking .com and they didn't give us much info like the room floor, nor the code to enter the building, so when i called to ask they told me immediately. It was a good experience over all but not the best :).

I really loved this place. It was all worth it, from free Netflix to the free washing machine 🙌🏽 👌. I would definitely be using it next time. I made a video of it on my Facebook, encouraging people to book it. I wish they had their own personal website.

Can you say dirty? Absolute dirt everywhere. Dust all over including cumulated on the toilet paper. Wrote the management and they were quick on sending a voucher for next time. As if I’d ever stay here again. Location is good since you have both RING and UBAHN 5 meters away, but the “apartment” is, besides dirty, extremely small. Internet also gave up on us, so had to hotspot in the middle of meetings. No way ever again here. Look further

It would not be a place I would recommend for anything over two people. The "bed" that they claim as the third sleeping set up may as well have been a bed of sharp nails. All it is, is slats of wood with a piece of fabric over it. The sofabed looks great in the photos but pulled out it's just as bad as the third bed. You get one pillow and a thin sheet. If you were planning on sleeping then I'd opt for a different less depressing location.
