Hotel was huge and central located . Good choice. Read lots of reviews prior to staying and many commented on tatty and tired natures of room decor. I can see what folk were saying in that things beginning to just look a little rough around the edges , but you have to look hard to see it . I think it’s more of an out dated light decor look that gives the age away . Nevertheless, room facilities all very good, room clean and views were okay … big hotel in front do little real view of Hong Kong Island if being honest . Concierge helpful with luggage storage and collect from room . I would stay again

This hotel was in a great location, which was easy to access everything we needed whether it be shopping centres, food or entertainment. Staff was super friendly and polite. The pricing was extremely reasonable and would definitely come back next time we are in Hong Kong.

Basing it on my experience-1. Slow check in process. 2. Chairs not available whilst waiting for your room to be ready so you have to stand up and staff won’t even care. 3. Check in is 3PM but we are still waiting for our room to be ready, room available not until 5PM. I honestly do not rate it as Five Star Hotel.
