Great hotel great staff good location if you want to be out of the action but still close to it at the same time. Great gym around the corner muscle factory and clean eating around the area. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks for having me!

Location is terrible, dont trust the previous reviews. Hard to get to a normal beach(either walk for 2km or a grab (which never comes, because its located in nowhere). No normal restaurants around (everything is basic). The rooms quality is so terrible, that we had to ask for a change twice, first room nothing worked properly, the bed, shower, drain, curtains. In the second room the lighting could work only 2 ways - all off or all on, also problems with curtains. In the third room everything was sort of okay (actually terrible, but we have no power to argue with the staff). The staff in general wanted us TO PAY for an upgrade, because they considered those things to be normal, and only after the threats of calling BW general office they have gave us our first upgrade, to the sea-view room, then for the second room it was a delux. Just terrible overall. NEVER trust photos.

Location is away from the madness if Pattaya, in a peacefully located street with the best food options in the area and walking distance to beach. The pool is a huge plus for the views and bar. Rooms are amazing , great 5 star I'll stay more in the future.

A nice, private “Santuary” 4-star resort hotel near the beach at 3-star price, located on the more secluded section of Phratamnak, Pattaya, in this popular seaside city. The location is close to Pattaya’s city center but secluded enough in its enclave that you and your family can enjoy a quiet time here. And you are practically almost next to the beach. Cross the road and you are there. Many nice and interesting café and restaurants near by as well, including a large beachside 7-11 for all your convenient needs. The entrance is nice and airy. The fish tanks—especially the shark tank—provide a nice touch to this seaside resort hotel. The check-in process was simple and painless. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely marbled, if a little dated and not spotlessly clean. But for a room night of around 1,500 THB (~USD45) around October 2023, it is quite reasonable. Beds are comfortable and large. Clean too. There is a nice, roof-top pool and restaurant/bar that is a good place to hang out, especially after dark. Only issue is it is closed at 10pm. (Too early!!!) Check-out was painless and I would definitely come back. Only complaint, the security, especially getting on the elevators to go up to your floor, should be more secured and can only do so via having validated key cards.
