I have been a guest here for the past 2 months. Will continue my stay here for the following reasons: 1. Convenient location for transport 2. Helpful and friendly staff. (Ice, Adeline, Jack , all others) 3. Good water pressure for shower 4. Clean Room 5. Reasonable room rates. 6. The staff here makes me feel at home 7. Lounge Area with microwave and vending machines.

Horrible and moldy. The ac was not turned on when I entered the room and there is not ventilation from the bathroom so the room is inevitably moldy. The sheets are damp. Visible mold in the tile grout. Wifi connection is poor. No window and have heard other guests in the lobby complaining of the street noise for the rooms with windows. Receptionist seams to be going to other parts of the hotel at times and not always present at the desk. Would only hold my bag in the stairwell where it would be easily stolen. The area around the hotel is gloomy and empty. One of the smallest rooms I’ve ever been in. Absurdly overpriced for what it is. Likely only kept in business due to desperate tourists making last minute bookings.

This property was perfect for a weekend stay in Singapore. Very close to airport ( about 15 minutes), clean and comfortable. Whilst no room service, vending machines are well stocked with drinks and snacks. However, only a few steps away was a food court, various stalls, a bar, plenty seating and quite popular with the locals. Was branded with the Snooze hotels signs. Will return.
