Rooms are not always really clean. I would expect the rooms’ ceilings for instance to be better - they look as if they’re not maintained. The service is good when you get it (sometimes there are no receptionists at reception). Other than that everything else is really good, there is a nice breakfast buffet and the location is perfect.

The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minutes' walk from the main train station, as well as the city center. The rooms are clean, comfortable, but small, you don't have much space, so it's not for a long stay. The staff is mostly younger, and they are not always available at the reception. I waited for half an hour in front of the reception to get the room key. I think that this should be taken into account, and that at least one person should always be available at the reception. Everything else is commendable.

Disliked · I didn’t like that the shower didn’t have door and the water was everywhere every time I had shower. I didn’t like the had small and non smart tvs from the 90s. I didn’t like that the mattress of the bed was uncomfortable. I didn’t like that the only time I wanted to use the restaurant it was closed for an event. I didn’t like that my room was facing the back of the train station and had noise from the trains. I didn’t like that when I ask to change room the reception was not flexible. I didn’t like that cleaning of my room living some times same bedsheets and dirty glasses. This is a hotel only for students that don’t care about quality stay.

Not a fancy hotel but it has a great atmosphere! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant has good food, there are quite a lot of options to choose from for rooms as well. This is a great place to stay near the centrum and is centered around socialization! The only complaint from me is that the beds are a little too firm for my preference but otherwise all was wonderful!
