one of the most special hotels i’ve ever been to, such a treat to stay here. rooms and beds are really comfortable, and the whole place has _incredible_ style and decor. super nice staff. tasty food. the space itself is just so. damn. cool. we spent hours wandering around - the shop (so much neat stuff, walked out with a huge bag of said neat stuff…), the showroom, and just checking out different parts of beautifully repurposed old factory building (incl. a delicious little fries shop). can’t wait to visit again, really can’t recommend this pocket of magic highly enough :*)

For the design lovers the hotel is exquisite. The rooms are made with love, taking care about small details - to have Aesop as a amenity is also a great point! I think that the bed is one of the most comfortable that I ever tried, and you can buy it on the showroom! But, for sure, the remarkable point is the service. Excellent. We are looking forward to visiting the hotel again soon.

Amazing hotel and staff. Very interesting theme - robots everywhere - very cute! Clean and quiet rooms. We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back! We are flying today and forgot our face masks and the staff helped us and gave us 2 masks 10/10!!

We chose your hotel only because you had parking. As we were traveling from abroad and we didn't want to have a problem with the car, but unfortunately someone had broken the car mirror one night and we didn't get any help or compassion from the hotel in general. Not only the mirror was damaged, but also the door. (the damage cost over 2000 euros) I can't tell you how dangerous it is to drive a car without a mirror. For this reason, I think that it is not safe in the region for me, my children or my family and therefore I would not visit you again.

What an absolute gem! I am actually born and raised, and living, in Eindhoven. After some hopeless nights with barely or no sleep at all, I really needed a place to relax and try and sleep and get energized again. This hotel is near my place and I never even heard of their hotel. From the very beginning this was a great choice. I got room 12, on the corner, very quiet, and it’s very cozy and has the typical Piet Hein Eek style. I arrived after 20:00/21:00 (don’t remember) and I asked for a nice meal, but the restaurant was about to close. However, the Italian chef (with a big smile) helped me out by serving me a great meal, better than I expected. I ate it in my room, with a view on the forests of Strijp. The room is cozy, big enough, has a great bath and bed and is well furnished. It’s quiet too. The location is great and you’ll be in the city center easily & quickly. And of course Strijp-S is on walking distance I ended up staying 2 nights and had 2 amazing breakfasts, served by the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced in any hotel!! It seems like I own shares in this hotel when I read my review, but be assured, I am just a regular guest. Really outstanding stay and I am energized again and will definitely come back!!
