Great hotel with a nice common area and kitchen. Perfect for big groups and within walking distance of a lot of cool areas and restaurants. Romana was a joy and very helpful! She responded to all questions promptly and gave great recommendations for site seeing!

I do not recommend this accommodation. It is unreliable and has nothing in common with "boutique" or "luxury". You can find much better places in Rome for this price. I stayed in this accommodation in October 2021. I booked a Superior room for EUR 173.8. At the check-in, I was asked to pay EUR 187.8 (more than initially quoted). After the payment, I was shown to my room (on Via Ripetta 67), which looked nothing like on the pictures and was not a Superior but a Standard room. After multiple international calls with the head office and 3 hours of waiting, I had to walk with our luggage to a building in a completely different location (Via Vittoria 24). There I was offered two rooms: one that had an awful smell from the bathroom and the other one (Standard) that I took. The whole process took a very long time, and after a full day of travel, I only got to our actual room at 23:00. The room was much smaller than advertised, did not look like the pictures, there was no wifi in the room. The door let through all the noises from the corridor. And it was not in the location where I chose (Via Ripetta) and had plans for my stay. The only upside is that after an email back-and-forth with the accommodation, they reimbursed 40 EUR as a difference between Standard and Superior rooms.

Staff was very nice and showed us around as if we were going to leave thousands of euros there. The room that we got was very beautiful, gave us the feeling of being James Bond. The price was very good (I’m sure partly because we stayed on a sunday), especially in comparison to hotels at the same price point that we had stayed at before. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend!
