10/10 - If I could give more stars, I would. Great experience staying here. The room was clean, and comfortable. Cleaning was done every day, and there were little treats for us, such as candy, a map, and other thing besides clean towels and sheets everyday. Elisabetta and Mihaela are excellent with great communication and available whenever needed. The shared kitchen is very nice as well, and the whole place is very clean, tidy and neat. The place was also very close to all the sights, which enhanced our trip even more. We will stay here again.

This is actually the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. Our flight landed at 00.20 am and I asked for an airport transfer and a late check-in. All of this was none of a problem for them. Our flight was delayed for two hours. We arrived at the airport in Rome in the middle of the night and there was no taxi driver waiting for us. I could not reach any person of the "B&B". However, they had our flightnumber and they could and should have checked when was the exact time of our arrival in Rome. They just left us there with no further information and no place to go to in the middle of the night. She then messaged me in the morning that it was our fault and that she had no people in her room for that night... This is unacceptable!!!

Fantastic location. Central to almost everything and close to several restaurants and bars. The Pantheon is only three minutes away and there's a great Cafe and a gelato place right next door. The actual apartment is very clean and cozy. Beautiful ceilings and ample accommodations. People come to clean almost every day and are very kind. The apartment is relatively quiet save for some noise from the street. I detracted one star only because of a terrible smell when you first enter the door. We don't know what it is but it is hard to ignore. The couches, which are white, also have some questionable stains. Overall I highly recommend this BnB!
