Charming hotel with friendly staff. Very thoughtfully designed rooms and amenities, including breakfast spread. Set back from the main road. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood, which is stitched together with winding alleyways with coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The perfect base to retreat to after exploring Saigon. Our room with the terrace was amazing and allowed us to spread out and get fresh air. Good coffee shop around the corner too.

Great value for accommodation! Location was superb (for me to roam around different part of Saigon). Cleanliness of the room was impeccable and I had 6 nights of uninterrupted sleep. I hope it never gets too busy for my next stay!

Booked 2 rooms for 5d4n because the photos are so convincing, giving a good holiday vibe. However I was so disappointed on arrival so I checked out after 1 night. First of all the location is really bad. The hotel is located in a small busy alley with unpleasant smell. One of the room was a complete disaster. The room was filled with mouldy public toilet smell. There were stains on toilet seat, mould on bathroom floor, tiles were filled with mould. Floor and wall were stained and looked dirty. Toothbrush bristle was even bent. Told the receptionist about it and was told that they will TRY to change the room tomorrow IF there’s a vacant room. Couldn’t sleep at all because of the smell so I’ve decided to just book another hotel. Decided to get 5 star hotel as I was traumatised by the 3 star hotel standard here and didn’t want to ruin the family trip. When I told the manager that I’m going to check out early, she did offered a room upgrade but I’ve decided not to take it cause the hotel itself was so badly managed. Manager was reasonable and apologetic at the beginning but when she found out that I’m leaving the hotel, she demanded that I should check out before 12pm because that’s the normal hotel check out time. I was unhappy about this because I don’t think the situation was well handled. In the end I contacted Agoda and got refunded (not fully, I still paid for the 1 night stay). Book hotel wise, my friend.
