The staff are very welcoming. I give them 5 stars on everything First of all, when we stopped the car, the staff welcomed us with a friendly smile and behavior. Then, we found three employees who were waiting to welcome and serve us. After that, they guided us to the reception, and they provided us with Iced Tea and towels. Next, one of the employees walks with us to show us the way to our room and to describe the hotel utilities to us. In addition, they offered us a free room upgrade with canal view. The experience in this hotel is more than exceptional and excellent.

Dear team St. Regis Downtown Dubai. I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to share with you the incredible experience I had. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made a difference. The room I stayed in was like a cozy sanctuary. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep in a while. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I felt pampered every step of the way. The hotel's facilities were outstanding as well. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun and sipping on refreshing drinks. The spa was a true getaway experience. I treated myself to a deep tissue massage that melted away all my stress. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a delightful journey of flavors. Overall, my time at the hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious comfort, and unforgettable experiences made it a trip to remember.

Great hotel in a great location! Stayed during Christmas holiday. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are great, open and spacious. Restaurant food is fantastic. Customer service is great. Pillows need to be updated on bedding only minor concern, they are too skinny/flat.

What a fantastic hotel, with fantastic service. I won't say this was the best I've stayed in, but surely one of the best. The rooms are so elegantly modern and amazingly large with a cupboard. All the luggage was put aside in the luggage section that kept the room neat and tidy. Fantastic bathroom with a nice toilet section and large shower+bathtub. The lighting in the bathroom is poor, though. They should have added one more set of lights to brighten it up for shaving sessions and women's makeup sessions. I also didn't fancy the location, so close to the mall, but yet so far. For a 2km distance (to the Dubai Mall) , they should have offered shuttle services. It would have been great for my kids to use, going to and from the mall. Lastly, the wifi quality provided was not up to standard. I couldn't even log in to remote apps. The latency was very poor, causing a poor to no connection.

Amazing hotel - 10/10 stay. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this is the best. The attention to detail and the service they provided throughout the 8 days we were there was amazing. Every staff member is told about etiquette and it was clearly evident to see that throughout the stay. Also the little details and and the effort they put in to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Hopefully returning again in the future. The location was also amazing as its approx 15 minute walk to the main downtown area / dubai mall.
