Beautiful hotel with a perfect location away from busy tourist attractions. Breakfast was amazing. One thing we didn’t like is our room was on the 6th floor and bar lounge was right above us, on Saturday they had a very loud party, we couldn’t really sleep because of the loud music. Despite that we loved our room. We also enjoyed a steam room and pool area of the spa, just make sure to book your time slot.

Impeccable Service, Chic and Sophisticated From check-in to check-out, and throughout all interactions in between, the whole staff are inviting, overly accommodating and sincere in their approach to superior customer service. In short, they make you truly feel like a valued guest in their hotel. The rooms are well appointed and incredibly spacious, outdone only by the 24 hr Butler's Service that provides invaluable assistance, undertaking tasks reminiscent of the lost profession in a bygone era (suit pressing, shoe shining, tea making etc.). As to the location, it is away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas in a trendy, posh neighborhood, yet, close enough to all sites and attractions. Very nice, yet, not entirely representative of Istanbul. If you enjoy brand name shopping, then the area would appeal. Lastly, the breakfasts are healthy, delicious and exceedingly fresh. In conclusion, an incredible hotel with an incredible commitment to customer service, would highly recommend.

Great location in a very walkable area. The hotel is nice with a small bu wll equipped gym (it's all a bit old). The staff is very attentive and efficient and the restaurants are quite nice. One of the best pizzas I had outside of Italy 👀
