Lovely apartment block located on the canal road. Apartments finished to a good standard with great views over Doi Suthep mountain. I stayed here for two months whilst in Chiang Mai. A decent gym and outdoor swimming pool too. Only complaint is I was near the front of the complex which is near the busy road and there was vehicular noise most hours of the day/night. Location is out of the city but you can get to most locations by a Grab taxi for around 100THB.

Nice environment and good facilities. Quite a distance from the town proper and activities so transportation could be an issue. Also, just heard that 40 of the rooms have just been cheaply remodeled and rented out to accommodate daily influx of tourist groups from China, so the peaceful surroundings that was once cherished by the condo residents and occasional daily guests will certainly be affected with hundred of tourists arriving each day. Anyone looking for quiet and peaceful place to unwind might want to look elsewhere.

Avoid this place. My friend and I stayed here and I have never heard so many dogs barking during the night it’s like a pack of wolves live next to the place. Honestly I’ve had better sleeps in a concert hall with the amount of noise coming from these dogs. We also had are deposit stolen from the landlord because we wanted to leave early as we didn’t not sleep for 3 months while living here. If you don’t ever sleep and you love the sound of dogs barking all night then this place is for you.
