I will start by saying that their staff is excellent. All of them were very friendly and helpful. But I do have some comments to add.. I dont know if the hotel can improve on this, but who knows.. curtains in the shower. This is just not done anymore. Standing in the shower and getting a not so (in my eyes) hygienic curtain on my body is just not pleasant. Get them out and change it with a small piece of window.

My family and I love to stay at Flora Creek Hotel because aside from the location (near opposite Deira City Centre), they have friendly and hospitable staff from the reception, bellboy, and housekeeping. The staff in Olive Tree Mediterranean Restaurant were amiable and accommodating. Our last stay with them was in December 2022, and we had another great experience. The rooms are designed to give comfort to their guests. Every time I stay in this hotel, I feel the comfort of my home. There are so many hotels in the city, but I always consider this hotel whenever I want to stay in Dubai because of its professional staff. I am looking forward to another great experience this month during our stay.

Hi, this hotel has everything one can expect. The only addition I can suggest is the shower requires a soap dispenser. It has shampoo and conditioner but no saop to shower with. Location, food and service are all excellent from Anoop in the reception, Manoj, Abu and Pravesh on the floor and Mahomed in the restaurant thank you all for your excellent service. This was my second stay at the hotel and if possible, I will return. All the best.

I recently enjoyed a 15 plus day stay that exceeded expectations. The rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean, thanks to the diligent work of housekeeping staff Dinesh. The highlight was the outstanding culinary experience at breakfast, where Chef Swaroop showcased his expertise with delectable dishes. The food was giving me a feel at home experience. The service received from Eldho and Mohammed is well appreciated. Overall it is a seamless and memorable stay. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect, making it a top choice for an extended and delightful stay. Highly recommended!
