Rooms are small and dirty. There are no lights in toilet only on the mirror so u wont see that toilet is yellow and dirty. They lie about bed preferences and never explain how can single bed be considered sofa bed. A russian/ukrainian not really friendly girl at the reception (she was trying to teach us how the bookings work) says its the same everywhere which is another lie, no hotel says its a single bed and provide a sofa bed. This hotel is a scam. Wont recommend if u really need a nice comfortable hotel. The only plus is location which is really not bad. But I think we will move to hassler cause we checked they do have single beds.

TAREQ IS OUR HERO! He helped with the bags, waited with us for cabs, and was a delight to speak to. The breakfast was amazing, it was bigger than my parents hotel though I understand the rooms are smaller than what most Americans get we at least had a couch sitting area that my parents did not. There was a sliding door for the bathroom, but as a realtor I’m seeing this more and more in the states to save space of the swinging door and inconvenience that causes. The breakfast was AMAZING, and the staff was always nice and helpful. Truly made the start to our trip amazing! I was only sad the terrace wasn’t accessible for guests even though it was clearly set up with umbrellas and chairs, I did see hotel employees out there but I was told guests couldn’t go. The location, the food nearby, and the service was 5 stars. Thank you all.

Very nice hotel , room was good except you walk in and there is the washroom, go downstairs to the bed and everything else. No big deal until you need to use the washroom in the middle of the night trying to climb stairs in the dark. Breakfast was good. The service was very good. Can walk to most attractions.

I was in this hotel from the 2nd of sep till the 6th of Sep 2023. We were four girls and took a family room, I thought it would be one big bed with two small beds and a couch open to be a bed (that's what I saw in the photos), but it was 2 small beds with a couch open to be a bed, which it was ok for us, the bathroom was really small so big people will have a problem with it. The room service was amazing, and the workers were amazing and nice. The breakfast room was small also and there were no big choices for food, we were eating out of the hotel all the time, the location was the best, this hotel was close to everything!! Even the coliseum was 25 minutes away by walking, as a person who had his first experience traveling alone without his parents but his friends, I recommend this hotel to you.

My husband and I stayed at the Rome Style Hotel for 3 nights in September, 2023. This hotel, like many European hotels, had a very cramped room with sparce storage. The lighting in the room was so poor you couldn't see much of anything without using your phone flashlight. In fact, the entire hotel was dimly lit and so very dreary. All of this would be tolerable, but the bug bites I got after sleeping there on the first and third nights of our stay made me rate the room as one-star. I wear heavy compression stockings during the day, and they cover my legs completely. The only time my legs are bare is at night when I go to bed. So the bites had to have occurred while I was in the bed. After the first night, I noticed two red bumps with white circles around them on my right calf. After the third night, I noticed another red bump on my right thigh. When I Googled bed bugs I saw pictures of bites that looked exactly like what I had on my leg. I had to wash all of our clothing immediately upon returning home, and I hope we don't end up with an infestation in our house. Disgusting.
