A little out of the way if you're mainly visiting the Taipei Main area, but it's a short walk to Shilin Night Market and relatively close to the Palace Museum. Stayed in the sky suite which was lovely. Had no issues with staff and they were kind enough to change out my big bills when heading to the night market. Would recommend going out for breakfast rather than the in-house.

I'm Korean. I'm coming Taiwan together with my lovely wife 💕. We are stay Taipei 2 nights Tainan 3 nights. stay in Taipei we are must stay again this hotel. Very near of subway station Very clean room all of perfect. Also near of favorites restaurants. I will must recommend this hotel^^~

Very happy with the decision of staying at this hotel! Good location: right across from Shilin big station and you can literally walk across 7-8 minutes away from the biggest Shilin night market. Good value: price is reasonable considered how new the room is and they have the patio with view, all items in the room are controlled w technology, bathroom is a great bonus. This place cleanliness is spotless! Highly recommend due to the pros of this location easy to access to MRT & how nice the room is.

The hotel was overall very good. We had some issues during checkin that was promptly corrected although I felt like the guy who checked us in should’ve been more attentive. Maybe it was because it was late and he may have been tired but he completely messed up our party’s rooms. Thankfully we printed out our confirmation information to show the front desk because they initially gave us regular rooms when we had paid for upgrades. There are only two elevators but they worked very quickly. I really disliked that the pool was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays for maintenance. Since we got in super late on Sunday night, we only got to swim for 10 minutes our entire mini vacation. The pool was nice and large though and the pool boy was nice. It’s not deep at all and is only one level. The chair in the sitting area converts to a bed. The bed is comfortable and the view of the city was spectacular. The red chair by the TV is actually a massage chair and worked great. The mini bar is adorable and having a mini fridge was convenient. I love that the room came with 4 free bottled waters. The shower/tub was freaking amazing. It was huge and my hubby loved having a tv in there. We had 4 tvs total! The shampoo and body wash they supply smells amazing. The room gets really dark (double curtained) and cold at night which made sleeping extremely comfortable. Overall I loved the layout of the room. My only other complaint is that parts of the bathroom were neglected. For example, the rain shower head was highly calcified and the grout in the bathroom were highly discolored. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Oh and their complimentary breakfast was delish!!
