The hotel proved to be the perfect choice for celebrating my mom's birthday. Initially, I was delighted with the complimentary upgrade to a city-view suite, exactly as per my preferences. Breakfasts for two throughout the stay were a pleasant bonus. Before our arrival, a hotel representative contacted me, discussing all the details and accommodating my requests. The room was impeccably clean, and the service was impressive – daily cleaning, towel replacements, and regular replenishments of shampoo and shower gels. Let's highlight the staff's care for the birthday celebration: they assisted with flower delivery and gifted a bottle of wine. This hotel has become the best in my travel experience, whether for business or leisure. Thank you for the warm welcome, and we look forward to returning on our next trips to Tbilisi.

It's a very quiet place.. very good rate.. breathtaking view. Location is not perfect but not that far. Few enhancements and it will be perfect

A nice hotel with fantastic views from the room as well the breakfast area . Nice spacious rooms too. Very close to the Funicular station . The breakfast was delicious . However , the toilet WC was not very clean . We checked in late due to our flight time so couldn't raise it at the reception then. We were there only for 1 night as we checked out the next day morning .
