Excellent value for the money. The rooms are quite basic, but very clean and well kept. The staff are very polite and helpful. The location can be quite challenging since the main entrance can only be accessed through a narrow alley, but there are lots of nice restaurants and places nearby to get supplies. Definitely recommending this as a value stay.

The room floor is dirty as if its not cleaned for months, but its cleaned by housekeeping after we requested. Towels were old and a bit torn but clean. An old aging hotel that has seen better days. Plus points are good location, close to bts station, and cheap room rates.

Unluckily , there are two things made us unpleasant stay in this eight nights stay. 1) the edge street in front of hotel always surging very strong urine smell I can tell that will bring down the hotel reputation. 2) the air con in our room got urine smell too I guess the mouse is making the aircon indoor unit like his toilet. I informed to hotel staff and they checked and cleaned up but they didn’t find the root cause so the smell is coming out again. This case is in room no 816. ( To hotel staff, please find the root cause and repair asap otherwise you will get more bad reviews from the guest who stayed in this room) Other than that, we are enjoying to stay in this hotel as we aren’t too sensitive couple. But if you ask me to come again, sadly I will say No.

The hotel is pretty big and has many rooms, but the conditions were old. The hotel was mostly occupied by Chinese and SEA people. The room condition, interior, closet, and AC were old. The AC always made a loud noise. The key card was also problematic; every time I returned at night, I couldn't get in, and I had to contact the reception to activate my key card again. On the last day, I returned to find a water fountain on the ceiling in my bathroom. However, they were willing to switch my room. The good things are that the hotel is located in a great area of BKK, making it easy to commute and convenient to find food. The services were pretty good, and the staff were willing to help and figure things out. The price was affordable, and the gym was not bad for me to get my work done.

I booked for 4 days and 3 nights . The service was good , they helped us carry our lugage from the car to lobby. They also help us watch our lugage and stuff because we came at 8 am but our check in is at 2 pm . so we went somewhere else first and leave our lugage there . and Nothing missing . they cleaned our bedsheet and change our towel every morning. They do the housekeeping when we are not in the room . and nothing missing too. they even put our jewelery properly on the table. They also provide laundry but have to pay 30bhat for a wash and 10bhat for 10 minutes dryer . The location wise is very good , its near BTS station , near 7E and near a mall. overall , our stay was amazing but the only downside was the wall is kinda thin because we can here people talking and walking from across the hall . but its okay 😬 Thank you The victory residence.
