This hotel was a little disappointing for us, probably because pictures looked much better than the reality. The room we got wasn't nice - the walls were dirty and there was a weird smell, also there was mold in bathroom. Nice thing about the room was its balcony and the mountain view. The lobby was quite nice and spacious. When it comes to breakfast, I would welcome if they would offer also a non-sweet bread. Location was quite alright - bit further from the town (you need to take a taxi in order to get to the town center), but with nice view.

We stayed at The view for two nights. The hotel is great at a nice location. Only few minutes walk and some stairs to reach downtown Sa Pa. very friendly staff. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it was cold in the lounge area so you couldn’t really stay for long and enjoy. Also food is moderate and not options of wine except the local one.

Room is pretty. Great mountain view Sower not so clean. The toilet make extremely loud noise (like Chubaka from star wars) every time someone (from different rooms!) Use the toilet. The sheets smell not so good.

we were here on 19-21 Sep and the first night we were stolen the money by the robber by climb into our room! we were so tired because we traveled for about 13 hours and not felt or heard anything. In the morning one of my friend noticed that the position of our bags were moved to another side of the room then we rushed to check everything and wallet and we found out that IT WAS STOLEN totally about 400 dollars. we suddenly walked to the reception and reported them about that and the woman who worked on the duty was not nice. they said they will check the CCTV and inform us later and……finally til we checked out NO ONE talked about it. I was really disappointed about the service **we still paid for the full price of rental and did not get any DISCOUNT!
