DO NOT BOOK !!!! This is a scam. The photos do not match what it actually looks like. You are asked to prepay your reservation with no refund possible. Only thing is that you will never have what you paid for. I book and prepaid a family room. When I arrive at the “hotel” the room was not cleaned and we were given 2 rooms. These rooms were filthy, cold, moldy and smelled cigarettes horrendously. The curtains were falling off, the chair was broken and even worse the window was not closing properly which meant we were freezing on a cold winter night. We had to leave!!! And Robert, despite my many emails and complaints never replied back to me and of course I never received any refund despite not being serviced what I booked and paid for. Total SCAM!!!!

Apartment was an alright size for two persons. Toilets were a little smelly but water pressure was great and had mixer taps which was great. Bed was comfy. Sofa with TV, nice warm heating, sufficient appliances, dishware and cutlery and fridge was cold! Location was excellent. No elevators so be prepared to climb steps.

A hotel has one purpose: provide comfortable rest. I have arrived at the Waverley Inn Apartments after hiking the Skye Trail. This is not a joke: Sleeping in a tent on a bog was far more comfortable than the bed here. We got an old used up spring materace that literally had a dip in the middle. I woke up with horrible back pain. On top of that the hotel has a central location but the windows provide next to no noise insulation from the street. Sleeping without earplugs would have been absolutely impossible. In short: avoid this place if you can. P.S. The bathroom was OK.

😟 Very small Room 😟Very small and bad mattress was so uncomfortable that ended up with back pain 😟Window opened to a stone wall which is 30 cm away from the window blocking natural light 😟Noisy bars across the street we can't sleep until morning 😟bathroom wash basin was very tiny 😟No shampoo conditioner body wash or hair dryer available. 😟The blind was broken
