Just a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived - (and the arrival wasn't easy - use google maps). The food was excellent in all dining areas the room was lovely with an incredible view of the pool, Marbella, the mountains and the Mediterranean! The room had every amenity. The SPA was glorious and the therapeutic massage such a great way to cap a day of golf. The golf was challenging and rewarding. We were in in November and it was quiet

We stayed here for a few nights during the summer. The property itself is very beautiful and relaxing, very quiet. Gorgeous pool and plenty of chairs to find a place to lay out. The room was a great size with a large bathroom. We had a great balcony and was a great space to have drinks in the evening but a bit odd since you can see your neighbors. No privacy wall. Location is okay if you don't mind not having anywhere to go walking distance. You'll have to take a taxi to go anywhere or the shuttle service the hotel provides for free which you need to secure a time slot for departure but they make stops in different areas and the driver was very kind. You can order ubereats if you don't feel like eating at the hotel or leaving but the options are very limited since the hotel is pretty isolated. Overall, great hotel if you want to relax. We did have one issue where the reception staff was making rude comments in Spanish as the staff assumed my husband didn't understand the language. But the issue was only with one staff member.

Overall, the hotel is ok. not great. I had 2 adults and 1 child, counted as one adult. They charge you for the extra person so be aware. I found out during check out and it is not a pleasant way to find out at the last min. For off-season, 72 euros per night extra seems a bit too much. not to mention the hotel failed to disclose before check-in. I didn't play golf this time so I can't comment on that aspect, but did use the spa. it is dated and run down. the towels smelled bad, and spa products in the facilities were below average. The products inside the shower was not even something I would expect in 5 star hotel spa. Overall, I was happy with the stay because of it's location. Beautiful nature and scene. That's about it. I would like to try golf next time, but probably stay at a different hotel.

We stayed at the westin for four nights, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was amazing, rooms were very spacious, the view from balcony was beautiful. It was very quiet and lovely. The restaurants had delicious food and affordable prices for a nice goldf resort. The staff were kind, one thing that I thought was strange was the reception old bald man im assuming was the manager wasn't the most welcoming, and got the vibe that he was very stressed out with his job. Aside from that I think this hotel its worth staying if you're in the area.
