Friendly staff, lovely apartment and a great location in a very nice neighbourhood. We had an initial issue with some loud neighbours (not the resorts fault because it isn’t an apartment owned by them), but they promptly moved us to an upgraded apartment, I got a few nights refund and they were extremely courteous and quick to resolve it. Thank you 🙏

Considering the price range and that we paid 230€ per night, which is not a cheap price (and even then), I don't think we should have had taped up patio furniture, dirty glasses in the cabinet, hair in the bathroom and dirt drops on the toilets. We reported the patio furniture being taped and not acceptable and they did nothing about it. Apt unit 117. And I don't care if you sublet it for owner, the club is still responsible cause you advertise it as your own on booking sites, and we never knew it was a sublet.
