Conveniently attached to a sports bar if you want takeout. The Rooms are decent enough. The beds are small almost full sized. My biggest gripe is there’s no microwave in the rooms. They have a beautiful extravagant lobby area with high tech elevators but no microwave in the rooms?

We had a lovely weekend stay at the Pittsburgh Westin. The room was just perfect, especially that I requested a room for a disabled person. Great check in, excellent elevators and the rooms and the hotel overall is very nice and clean. The location is superb, right next to the convention center and in the downtown area with plenty of entertainment. The dining was really good. We had dinner one evening on property and were very pleasantly surprised by the food and service quality. A few minor issues with housekeeping were solved with a quick call. Highly recommended.

Absolute garbage dump. Please don’t stay here even if it’s for free. I stay at Bonvoy properties for 100 nights a year and this is the worst of them all. The hotel service is worst than a roadside motel. They changed my room 3 times in a 2 night stay. One room had a plumbing issue all my belongings got wet and the other one had some beeping sound to it. I had to wake up in the middle of the night for 2 hours for them to realize they should change my room. WORST SERVICE EVER ! Avoid at all costs.

The standard queen beds were smaller than I expected. They looked more like full-size beds. Rooms were outdated with stains on the carpet and a few stains on the bedsheets and pillow cases but they washed/cleaned. It felt more like a Residence Inn than a Westin. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. However, I did have a DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on my door and two times, housekeeping used their keys to try to get into my room but I had the lock on. I didn't have the TV on so they probably thought I wasn't there. I wouldn't eat at the hotel restaurant (Bill's) unless I had to. Overall, my stay was fine.
