This company has been around DTLA for more than 30 years and they knew what they were doing. I had the best experience of my life when I moved in to this New Condo with the kindest and the most caring guidance ever by these folks. Thank You Wilshire Metro! Especially, I will never forget how Evan & Russell (the two owners) really took care of every single details just for me. It really made a difference! I moved from Manhattan, New York to DTLA with soo much blessings just because of you guys! ^^ Hope to see all of you again on my next house shopping as well! Again, Grazie Gentlemen !!!

I had the pleasure of working with Russell and Evan when looking for a house in Los Angeles. They are super dedicated and very passionate about their job and have an incredible work ethic. We have worked with a few agents in the past and they are by far the best! they guide you through every step of the buying process, tell you the pros and cons of each property, provide tons of information on the neighborhood, demographics, crime map, comps, and make sure you are getting a good deal. A great experience.. Russell and Evan did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home at a great deal! Russell was very patient, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions or share advice. He'll always give you his honest opinion and go the extra mile to make sure you're getting the best numbers on the market. If you're buying, I would work with Russell or Evan in a heartbeat. They understand the market and will give you an honest answer on the major investment you're about to make. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Russell made our selling process so easy. He was always communicating, answering questions and most of all he made the whole adventure exciting. He sold our home in 3 days and above the appraised price, while being there for me every step of the way! We can confidently say, Russell is knowledgeable, honest and completely transparent. Best experience I could have ever hoped for. Thank you so much for making a stressful experience so enjoyable!!!!
