The hotel is really good! The rooms are new and clean, the closet is big enough and there is a safety deposit box. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is amazing. The location is great, there’s a laundry just near the hotel and a 7-eleven within 3 minutes walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s also a pool and a bar in the hotel that looks nice but I haven’t had a chance to check it out (the pool is closed by 6PM). I recommend booking this hotel, it was great place to stay.

Quirky hotel with a small pool for you and your friends to enjoy. The hotel is new and the facilities are really good. The bed is also very comfy and the hotel bar's cocktails are one of the best I have tried ever.

The Wing Lanna was an awesome find. The room is nothing too special, but is perfectly adequate for the cost. The bathroom is exceptional though; very spacious and nice/new, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. Above all, the staff is amazing. They were so kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to be accommodating numerous times throughout my stay. This place is a gem!

At first I got a smaller room than I booked. After complaining I got the option to upgrade my room at a reduced cost. However, the mistake was on their side and I think they could have offered me a better compensation. In the end we found a solution. The reception was helpful all along but I never got to speak with the deciding manager. I had to change rooms three times during the stay because they were fully booked. One room was pristine but the two others I didn't like. In the last one I saw two worms and in the bathroom were a lot of flies. Additionally almost none of the sockets really worked there because the walls were like flabby. I liked the bar and the chill out area at the hotel. The staff was always attentive and present if needed. Even though sometimes the laundry service could have been better. Located inside the city walls but still quiet. It's a bit of a walk to the crowded areas but one night market is pretty close and the temples are in immediate reach.
