Having booked the pet friendly apartment for 1 night, we was really looking forward to our stay, we had an email to tell us to download a virtual key app, which we did but it didn't work, we emailed them back to be told they'd sort it when we arrived, they asked roughly what time we'd be there so we said roughly between 1pm and 2pm. We arrived just before 2pm to be told by other guests that there's no one on reception to check us in, we rang all the numbers available, emailed the hotel and even whats app them with no response, after sitting in reception from 2pm with a dog, and an hungry child till nearly 5pm with other guests trying there hardest to help, we finally met a lovely couple who were staying 2 doors up, who managed to open the key lock for our supposedly apartment, we didn't even know was ours or not, but after waiting 3 hours we took it . On the plus the apartment it self was lovely spacious and clean. The following morning we tried to explain what had happened to us with no avail, as none of the staff are English, and don't speak a word of it. So left feeling let down and very disappointed, will definitely not be staying again, badly run, lack of communication, and hotel basically ran by the guests.

On checking in, we were greeted with a friendly member of staff. When booking the hotel, we didn't read anywhere where it said you needed a photo ID when checking in. It was a good job I had my driving licence with me. Which she took and photo copied. We had booked a deluxe double for 1 night. The room was clean and adequate. I feel the room given to us was definitely not a deluxe room, especially looking at the bedding. If it was then it clearly needs some tlc. Also, in the drawers under the window, we found spare bedding, which if using this for the next guests arriving wouldn't smell fresh.

Without reading reviews on Google, I booked this “hotel”! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The problem is like everyone else’s: you simply may not get inside because the employees’ work schedule is unpredictable!! I didn’t receive any clear instructions on how to get into the room, they called me at lunchtime, I told them the time we would arrive, the girl started telling me the code, but I said that I was on the road, the connection was bad and I asked to send the code by message! I didn’t receive any code until the evening, and when I started calling after 8 pm, no one answered me! As a result, when we arrived, we couldn’t get inside, all the phone numbers that were listed on the door turned out to be useless and only Airbnb support helped me open the door by telling me the code! Everything inside is also very “sad”, the place is noisy (since it’s the center), dirty, with an unpleasant smell! We left in the morning, but didn’t meet any of the staff! full self service!!! This was clearly a bad experience for us!
