Honestly couldn’t of chose a better place to stay with my kids the room was absolutely lovely beds were so comfy! Lovely pillows it really is the little things! The owners were lovely! Asked if he could help me bring my suitcase down stairs as I was the only one there with my kids. And he did it not a problem. The whole place smelt absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be booking again Thankyou so much for a wonderful experience

Clean and well located parking is available free on the street if you can get in and if not there are plenty of pay and display car parks within a street or two. Go to the end of the road and you are at the front with the pleasure beach to the left and tower to the right. The tram stop is at the end of the road too if you don’t fancy walking. It’s cheap it’s clean and it’s well located and the staff that we saw were very friendly I would stay again it’s a good no frills base I hope the owners do well.

Within an hour of arriving, we decided to stay an extra night as it felt so comfortable, and colin made every effort to accommodate us for that extra night, which made the whole family really happy. The staff, especially daisy, always made sure the rooms were extremely clean and was very friendly to chat to. Colin asked each and every time he saw us, if we needed anything, and if everything was ok. Really friendly staff, and the hotel was soo clean! Our rooms smelt beautiful. The bonus of a fridge, and fans in our rooms was a plus! And the microwave that's in the lounge area makes meals so easy for bigger families that would of needed to go buy dinner out otherwise. The beach is literally at the end of the street, which is about a minute or 2 walk away. They even allowed us to keep our bags in the lounge area after checkout as we could only be picked up after 3. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want your stay to feel homely and safe. And we are looking forward to staying again!

We visited for a long weekend at the end of the Scottish kids summer break. Lovely fresh and clean hotel. Extremely friendly owners. Small room but decent price for it. We had a slight problem with our shower but where compensated for that without hassle. Perfect place for closeness to the front and 10min walk either way to reach the pleasure beach or the town centre. Would definitely stay again!
