The location is excellent and very convenient for seeing Sydney as a tourist or just for the occasional trip to see a show. The size of the rooms is really good being an apartment style room with everything you need including a washer and dryer. The biggest issue is at the Hotel's price point I didn't expect paint to be coming off the doorway due to a towel rack attached with inadequate space, the hotel felt old and in need of some love and attention. That said I would happily stay there again given the size of the apartment and convenience.

We booked for a 2 nights stay, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a free room upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely! Very spacious apartment, beds were comfy. We used the hotels sauna and spa pool which was excellent. The hotel is so central, we were minutes away from all the attractions and the main train line. Would defiantly stay again!

This is not a hotel. It is a residential building that lets out a few apartments on a daily basis. Since you’ll be in an apartment, there are some things that it includes. Big space, bigger than a typical hotel room. Lots of storage. Kitchen. Bear in mind that all of this is utilitarian, it’s not meant for someone who’s only staying a few days, so you likely won’t need it. Since it’s not a hotel, it doesn’t have things you’d expect as a traveler. Bar. Restaurant. Last minute supplies like a toothbrush or a bandaid. TV in a useful location. Also, this place in particular is understaffed. The pool never had towels. The spa didn’t even work. I was there during the business week, so that means they weren’t checking on it.

I love the balcony rooms at this hotel, that is the reason we go here, for the ability to be able to access a balcony in the middle of the city and not be locked in with bolted windows. There are views of the harbour Bridge, it is a great location for activities in the city. The price to stay here has increased significantly over the years, but that is the case everywhere.

To minimize any inconvenience, the property will carefully allocate rooms away from active work areas, and all construction will take place during the day to respect guests’ quiet time. Contractors have assured that any internal noise will be kept to a minimum.

The pool area may be temporarily closed from May 01, 2025 to March 31, 2026. However, the gym will remain open for guest use throughout this period.
