We had a brief one-night stay at the hotel. The room was spotless, offering 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. A pleasant surprise was the balcony with two chairs and a water sink for dishwashing. The first floor features a pool suitable for both adults and children. However, toothbrush and toothpaste seemed to be missing, so it's advisable to bring your own. The 🛀 can only be filled with normal temperature water. The location, tucked away in an alley after the Caltex gas station, might be a bit challenging to find. Book a ride if you want to visit the beach.

I recently stayed at The Zen Hotel Pattaya and overall, I had a great experience. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. However, the hotel's location in Pattaya was not the best, as it was a bit far from the main attractions. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would still recommend The Zen Hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

WHEN WE REQUESTED TO USE THE POOL AT 0930 PM..WE WERE TOLD THAT THE MANAGER DO NOT ALLOW ANYMORE BECAUSE THERE MIGHT BE WILD ANIMALS NEAR THE POOL AS ITS BESIDE THE FOREST. OUR ROOM IS ABOVE THE POOL AND WE CAN SEE THAT THE POOL IS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR ANY FOREST..THERE ARE HIGH RISE BUILDINGS SURROUNDING THE HOTEL. THE AREA WHERE THERE ARE TREES IS SURROUNDED BY FENCE SO IT IS A CLEAR LIE. (SEE THE PHOTO ATTACHED THAT I TOOK FROM OUR ROOM) THE REASON WHY WE BOOKED THIS HOTEL WAS BECAUSE OF THE POOL. WE CAME FROM LONG TRAVEL AND WE WANTED TO COOL DOWN. WE ONLY REQUESTED FOR 30 MINUTES BUT WE WERE DENIED. THERE IS NO INDICATED OPENING AND CLOSING TIME OF THE POOL. EVEN THE SHOWER CURTAIN AND BATH TUB ARE VERY DIRTY! (SEE THE PICTURES ATTACHED). THERE ARE MOSQUITOES AND FLIES INSIDE THE ROOM. I REQUESTED FO NON SMOKING ROOM BUT THERE'S AN ASHTRAY IN THE BALCONY. THE BED IS ROCK HARD A D ITCHY!

Very disgusting hotel i dont know how they rate a 4* hotel not worth it..i wont recommend any one..there r insects in the room and bedbugs no proper room service and when we complain about the insects and bedbugs they reply forget it and ignore we dont care..very rude staff very disrespectfull and bad customer service..they dont care about anything once you purchase the room. I will post some videos can check and when we complain they said we cannot help it..i would never recommend this place to anyone because ull regret for sure..no restaurant no breakfast and still they call it a 4 star property. 0/10
