I stayed with my spouse and children in the Penthouse, 2 Bedrooms, Terrace (Plaza Europa nº 2). This location is acceptable for a couple nights, but you should be aware that there is a significant, visible mold problem in just about every room. The room with the 2 twins is the worst. This is probably due to the fact that there doesn't appear to be any way to turn on the bathroom extractor fan. You should know that you will not have access to the terrace space, which is part of the lower-floor accommodations and part of a dark internal courtyard. We arrived to find the floors unswept, with plenty of hair and dirt, and most of these the dishes were dirty (not unusual in apartments). In the bath, the shower drain grate is held in place by two long unsecured rusty screws, the toilet paper holder is missing pieces and unusable, the floor-mounted door stop rubber has disappeared so is just a screw pointing up out of the floor, and the door does not lock. The water heater is laughably undersized, sustaining almost two comfortable showers every 12 hours. One of the plastic dining chairs is split down the middle of the seat. The immediate area is quiet, but very close to shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. There are no major city attractions in the immediate vicinity, but it can be a pleasant town for long strolls. After booking, the host made requests for adult passport information to be sent via several methods in order for them to send property entry codes. The requests were frequent and sometimes addressed to other people. One of my emailed responses was somehow not received. The final request, which came after they had sent the codes, asked me to download an app to submit the information. I will say that once the codes were sent, entry was well-explained and easy. In all, this rental seems unevenly managed and uncared for. I don't think I'd return.

Me and my family went to Seville for one night. Apartment was great, new and convenient. Everything was clean and new, with air conditioner (it was +36C outside), new furniture. Reception lady was very professional, with a great english. Price for 1 night was 90 euros, which is super affordable, and price quality ratio was approaching a maximum level. Thank you!

Great location but don’t bring a car. We were told we could park the car nearby at a reduced rate. We stayed 2 nights in a very small apartment with a courtyard that had no sun at any time throughout the day. We stayed less than 48 hours and the parking (in a small underground car park that was recommended) cost 56 euros - no reduced rate at all.
