Wonderful apartment in the city center of Seville, with a view on the Cathedral: from here you can reach every attraction by walking just a few minutes. Antonio was very welcoming in receiving us when we got there and Maria was also very quick and kind in answering our requests by email. Super recommended place to stay in Seville.

The perfect apartment in the perfect location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. There are several ecellent restaurants close by, as well as tapas we sampled Korean Lebanese and Italian food all delicious. You cannot get a better base for exploring Seville than one of Maria's apartments.

A perfect location for a city trip. Right in the heart of Seville (100m from the cathedral and one street away from the bus stop to the airport). Nice and clean, comfortably furnished, with a great little balcony overlooking the charming Main Street of the old town (without it being too noisy at night). I can only recommend this apartment! We will be back! :)

Since I depended so heavily on reviews to book my place, I will be as thorough as possible. First, the communication with Maria was always quick and polite. I notified her via WhatsApp when I was leaving the Santa Justa train station, a 10 minute taxi ride, and Marissa was waiting outside to show me to the apartment. There is an elevator which was helpful after traveling all day with my luggage. The apartment was immaculate. The fabulous city view from the Juliet balcony was of a pedestrian area except for occasional trams (quiet). At night you may hear voices from the pedestrians (I only heard them once in 4 days) but it was neither loud nor disturbing. It was cool in February but the heating kept me quite comfortable. The shower is large and there were ample towels and toilet paper available as well as soap and shampoo. The apartment is about 25 minutes from the train station (walking) and only 17 minutes (walking) from the bus station (Plaza de Armas). Slippers would be useful on the marble tile floors. Glassware, flatware, and dishes were provided. Since I didn’t cook except in the microwave, I don’t know about pots and pans, although I do remember seeing a small pot. Dish soap and a dishcloth were available. The mattress is on the firm side and very comfortable. Maria was quite helpful with any questions or concerns I had and also reserved a taxi for me the morning of my departure. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Maria!

We had a great stay at Avenida 15. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has got all the facilities you need. It is located in the middle of the city. All the things to see, as the cathedral and Real Alcázar, are in walking distance. The same applies to good tapas bars and restaurants. The owner is a perfect host and gave us good tips for things to do in the city. Avenida 15 is definitely a place to stay and recommend to friends!
