We stayed in the executive suite, check in and check out were fast and easy. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean, spacious and warm. (One of the ceiling lights/bulb was burnt, so room was a bit dim ) . There is a parking building just beside the hotel, and its free for hotel guests which was nice. The location of the hotel is just perfect, its only 5 min (by car) from the outlet and the cinema.

Super A/C - even in extreme hot weather!!!! Excellent location, reception staff- friendly, humorous and professional. Great parking at the hotel when coming with car. Rooms large and clean- bed excellent- bath with tub and shower- super views Excellent breakfast buffet!! Have been coming here for years and can’t see that stopping.

Great location within a short walk of the River, which has a great selection of restaurants and cafes, and close to Train station as well. Suites are large and comfortable. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with large selection of food, coffees, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Bar and restaurant were nice as well.

Nice hotel, big comortable bed and rooms. Lovely smiley helpful staff. Good breakfast with a selection from cold meats, boiled/scrambled eggs to cereal and yogurts. Lovely lounge bar that serves snacks etc. Theatre is situated in the basement. Hotel is not far from shops, restaurants and cathedrals therefore well placed. Car parking is offered via the hotel and there is a large car park adjacent. Had a lovely stay :-)
