The hotel staff are really rude and completely unaware of what's happening in their own hotel. On the last day, I wanted to send my clothes for laundry and the hotel staff said they will be available at 10am but on that day, they informed me that they will be available in the night but I had to check out by 2pm. This is really incompetent because I had to travel 30 minutes by train last minute just to send my clothes for laundry. In addition, the staff were really rude when I was checking in. I checked in late because I was delayed in the airport and they were rude

One of the best budget hotels in the area. I was staying elsewhere when I walked into this one and enquired about a stay. Excellent staff, showed me the rooms and I checked in the next morning - and extended my stay! Hotel has 3 lifts. It's a couple of hundred meters from Al Sahbka bus station ( landmark). Open 24 hrs. Most staff speak basic English. Housekeeping available every day. Excellent WiFi, Aircon, quality drapes, tinted windows, small adequate fridge, water provided bathtub, work desk. About 500mt from Baniyas metro. About the same to al Sahbka Marina. Supermarket Madina just around the corner, literally a 3 min walk. Those arriving by car will need more info as I'm not sure about parking. Enquire about tours, buffets and massages - I think they're provided, but I never used any of those services. I would definitely recommend and stay again, due to my personal experience.

I spend six nights there. The rooms are OK. Enough to sleep and rest. However, MY BATHROOM WAS A DISASTER. It should be renovated or probably should be built from scratch. The location is close to the metro station. I felt safe. The mosque is close to the hotel, so be ready for some prayers in the early morning, which you can easily hear. The service is ok. They clean your room every day. Sadly, people there cannot speak English fluently and it causes some troubles. For example, we booked a transfer to the airport and paid for it in advance the day before we left the hotel. However, they had not noted it anywhere. As a result, when I said to the hotel service worker at the check-out desk that we had booked the transfer and we had already paid, he provably hadn't understood me because a driver, who transferred us to the airport, asked as for 70 AED (plus 50AED which I paid to the hotel boss!!!) I hope that the service will improve, especially in terms of English language skills, which should be a standard even in the budget hotels and the bathrooms will be renovated.
