We really like staying at Ti tree. Usually it’s quite quiet, but this time there were a bunch of people being noisy later at night which was annoying. Town is about 10mins drive away or you can hire scooters or even walk the beach. Good place for families and spacious - everything you need to cook your own meals.

Perfect place. Outside Douglas busy centre. Beautiful rooms, selfcontaining perfect. Clean and spacefull. Good kitchen. Wifi is very bad.

Stayed in room 28 Didn't realise each apartment is rented separately. Main light in back room wasn't working , needed to always use bedside lamps. Laundry tap was done so tightly couldn't use it . Back slide door was very heavy to open not sure if needed maintenance a clean or wheels . The vertical blinds needed a good amount of force to slide open and close. Quiet during the day and if you want sleep be wary of the bats nearby . They are quite noisy . Manager out front he was helpful . Short reception hours As per reply from resort manager the blinds were used correctly with the plastic rod that is attached . To twist the blinds open to divert the light and the to move all the blinds back towards the wall the front kitchen blinds didn't do this with ease . I wouldn't think that I had to bring attention to these matters , it's saying that if the room has some minor faults or flaws that I would have to find and report rather than the room being inspected prior to using it .

We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment with our 3yo at ti-tree and it was everything we could have asked for. Comfortable and well equipped accomodation including laundry and kitchen. Beds were comfy and it had adequate cooling. Pool was great because it had a shade cover so good for kids. We loved the location - could walk to the IGA, Wildlife Habitat and a great local restaurant. Scott and Cheryl were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay spot on. Can’t wait to come back.
