Life Like A Journey

I recommend this hotel, it is a clean place, where you can spend your vacation at a good price compared to the other hotels in Sharm el Sheik. Diversified food, clean linen and towels, changed every day. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the city center. The employees are respectful to the customers, greeting and doing everything in their power to make the stay at this hotel a pleasant memory. We thank the manager for all the availability offered to any request received from us! Hotel rated 10!!!

This was the worst experience ever!! I highly don’t recommend it, this is a total waste of money. We changed the hotel in the next day. In the room, they had only sheed and no blanket- we needed to ask sheed to cover and blanket:). Very old rooms and furniture (even broken). the sheets were not clean, an old blanket everything covered in dirt, floors very dirty, no shampoo in the bathroom. The room was filled with the mosqitoes. No drinks and snacks in All Inclusive packages. Horrible food and not much of varieties. Plastic cups even for the coffee. The aqua park is NOT a park, there are just a couple of rusty slides that don’t even work, the jacuzzi hasn’t been cleaned for a while and was filled with insects. This was the dirtiest hotel I've visited., leaky air conditioning, electricity turns on and on every minute, very unpleasant and rusty stuff!!

What an amazing place, very private not crowded, so you don’t need to wait in lines to get food or to a bar, by the bar you have amazing barman Moussala who always does his very best to please guest and welcome people with smile. Pools are clean and beautiful, there is also separate jacuzzi, and aqua park with playground in the back of hotel that creates a paradise for people with children. Great choice of food, with local and European dishes, and great options for children (pasta live cook, pancakes etc). Beach is very close to hotel, you can get there by a free transfer. I’m general value for price (1000zl/250dollars per week all inclusive!!!!) is AMAZING, never had beter holidays in my life, hard to leave from here, where everyone from a housekeeper to a manager treat you with kindness and respect, and always ready to help, definitely will come back here.

A pretty below average hotel, doesn’t count as one of the best in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is really not spacious enough as it’s so small. The animation team are very friendly but there’s no such activities they do. It’s only dancing. The restaurant is so small and doesn’t have enough silverware and most of the food isn’t tasty and well prepared enough to be served. They serve very low quality type of soft drinks in the restaurant and the bars. They’re not the common well known brands that we know and love like Pepsi or Coca-Cola. There was a waiter at the restaurant who was picking up the dishes in a rush and fast, many times he picked the food I was eating right in front of my eyes without noticing that I haven’t finished my food yet. The rooms were good but there were no toiletries. The beach that the hotel drove us to was fantastic.

The hotel service’s is below any standards it seems they have a lake of management very bad one. There is no water in the rooms, and they offer sea water in the bar and the restaurant They have no coffee tray in the rooms No activity at all You should ask for every single thing to be use it like gakozy Small water pools Poor food with no variety Unknown soft drinks type Unprofessional receptionist named Ahmed The house keening did a great job but with no resources This hotel management should be replaced with professional one
