Friendly, efficient and fast check-in and check-out. Large breakfast buffet with varied choice; book time slot/table in advance. Sky Bar is lovely, great ambience and delicious food & cocktails. Super friendly and courteous service. Hotel is huge with decent Spa and Sauna facility. *is a little further away from city centre although easy walk and plentiful taxis at entrance of hotel.

Christmas visit Huge hotel and conference centre. Separate receptions for hotel guests and conference guests. Rooms are modern, clean and well furnished, although on the small side if using the family room option, with grown kids. Breakfast is good with a vast choice on offer. Pool and gym are excellent Roof top bar with 2 restaurants. Location is a little out of town 10 mins walk to train station and Tivoli, maybe 20 into the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful Would probably stay again

In summary, a nice, clean hotel with decently equipped rooms and good service. Before the many positives, our only minor negative was the location which wasn’t as close to the train station or metro as you might expect being in the city centre. We travelled with two small children, and needing to either walk 10+ minutes or get a bus to a main station might be a point of consideration for similar travellers. Having said that, everything about the hotel itself was good to great! Our room was spacious enough for a double bed plus a double sofa bed plus a child cot. The room was clean, had everything we needed and had decent sound insulation from road noise. Outside of the room, the buffet breakfast was great and really good quality - you’d be hard pressed to find someone who couldn’t find something to eat. The front desk staff were very welcoming and really pleasant with our children. The pool area again was clean and seemed well maintained. There was a sauna which seemed well used (although we didn’t ourselves) and a decently equipped gym overlooking the pool area. Would we recommend the hotel? 100%. We liked everything about it, however would suggest understanding the location and proximity to metro/trains before booking

The hotel is not in the center, but not far either. There is nothing nearby, no shops, no pharmacies. The hotel is huge, family-friendly, with lots of entertainment for children. But I can’t to say the hotel cozy or interesting. Breakfast is not bad, there is a choice. The pool is dirty and has a lot of chlorine. There was no coffee machine in the room, although other rooms did. Slippers and a robe are on request, and this is always annoying, because in theory these things should already be in the room. The room has a lot of light and heated floors in the bathroom, which I really liked. It’s also great that the hotel has a mini-shop, which is convenient. Overall the hotel is ok, Copenhagen is nice, but weather was terrible.

Spent 4 nights here in October and it was brilliant. Our room was clean and comfortable. Mini bar, iron, kettle, safe and plug sockets at each side of the huge bed. It says they have sky channels but there’s not many English channels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. So much choice, there’s no way anyone could say they couldn’t find anything to eat. Only thing that I wasn’t keen on was the bacon. It was chopped up into tiny pieces which I’ve never seen before. Location was good, just a short walk to Tivoli Gardens and the train station. Would definitely stay here again
