Checked-in on November 30th for 6 nights in Double Room 👍🏽Pros: - Spacious room with reasonable price - Close to tram stop, subway station, and bus stops - Housekeeping classifies garbage thoroughly♻️ - Front desk staff let us leave our luggage in the hotel two days before our check-in. Really appreciate! 👎🏽Cons: - Facilities are old - No coin laundry in the hotel - Only provides complimentary green tea bags, no black tea or coffee - The front desk staffs’ English ability varies. I once called to front desk to ask whether there’s scale in the hotel, the male staff replied “Um.” I asked if that’s a yes or no? He replied “Um?” I asked whether any other front desk staff speaks English? He said “ No English.” My husband had to go down to the lobby with translation on phone, then found out that there were other staffs who spoke fluent English. It’s quite frustrating to communicate in English in Japan……

Location are ok, 10min walk to Subway station. Surrounding only have 1 family mart. Room are ok enough big, bed and pillows are comfortable. So far are good to stay. Lobby staff are helpful.

The hotel staffs are unfriendly especially the english speaking male staff named Tera. The service level by the front desk staffs considered the worst i had in Japan. The hotel is old and run down and kind of like a haunted hotel at night. The breakfast is crowded most of the time and food and drinks are slow to replenish. Will never step foot into this hotel again.

This is a business hotel, cater for business travellers. It's walking distance to one end of Odari park but the TV tower is at the other end of the park. It is also a walking distance to the subway station. In the evening, there is almost no restaurant near the hotel. Hotel restaurants closed down as of this review. Might improve when business picks up. Hotel is clean and we got connecting rooms for a family of four. Not much view from our rooms.
