The hotel felt quite new. Room was clean and tidy. The rooms have many appliances (washing machine, microwave, iron board and some I can't even guess the use of). It makes it feel a tad more crowded than it needs to be perhaps, but still roomy enough. Shower + toilet are in a cabin together (as they are in most hotels in Japan). It's a decent size with plenty of amenities. The hotel is a bit noisy though. Especially from outside (we were on the road side) I could hear traffic and trains quite clearly. The shower room is noisy as well. When someone uses toiletpaper in the middle of the night, it is quite loud. That said, we heard little from other guests, the room was comfortably warm, and in the morning, the coffee is free. Breakfast, when sold separate, is almost a whopping 3000 yen, but there's konbini very close by. All in all, not bad, but I did expect more (especially a larger bed) for the price we paid.

I am satisfied with the excellent breakfast and service for the price. It is impressive that there is a washing machine and microwave oven in the room. Rooms facing the street may be a bit noisy, but it's not a busy street. Thank you to the staff for their efforts.

Would give service 0 stars if I could. The front desk manager I interacted with should find a different profession. Also, there is no way this is a 4-star hotel. I'm not sure how Google came to that rating. It's a long-term stay or business traveler type property. I would say 2 or 3 star property would set expectations better. After further research, every other Tokyu stay I can find in Japan is rated 3 stars.

I saw the hotel on a YouTube channel and it seemed nice. The hotel itself is ok, rooms are small (but japan), what really turned me down was the poor service I had at the front desk. Seriously worst customer service I've had on my entire trip to Japan and among the worst ever. all i wanted was a helping hand to make a phone because my phone couldn't make calls to japan. It took more than 15 minutes to convince one of the two employees to lend me a phone and dial me a number. he categorically refused to make a telephone reservation for us knowing that it was raining heavily outside and that this attraction only takes telephone reservations and that we do not speak Japanese at all. Fortunately the people on the phone were a thousand times more courteous and I managed to make my reservations myself on the phone when they finally agreed to lend me one. I find this unacceptable, it's a hotel, the least you can do is call a taxi or a place for your customers. So, if it's only for sleeping ok, if you need service forget about that. we asked for a 2 suitcase holder, they also refused.. I would not recommend this place. So many options here.

It's a horrible experience!!!!!!! I thought I have booked the accommodation in December but when I received the confirmation email, it showed in August. I quickly went to cancel it and in the cancellation form, I indicated i booked the wrong date and booked the right date. I thought to be on the safe side, I called the hotel and told them the situation, she insisted to charge me a full cancellation! I explained that I may have made a mistake and she just simply act like a robot, repeating the same thing again and again and refused to waive off the cancellation. She not only refused to help but refused to let me speak with her manager, or try to understand my situation. Their system is bad. If you want to change date or change the number of people to stay, you will have to cancel the booking and rebook. So imagine if you have last minute changes maybe due to covid, or someone is sick, or emergency situation, you have to cancel and rebook and they charge you cancellation fee. I cancelled all my bookings with them. Not happy with inflexible hotels.
