So many things to change here. They call it “luxury apartments” This is not a hotel and no luxury but 5 rooms in a big apartment. 1. the picture on Google showing wine glasses with view in the Colosseum is absolutely not at the Town House 57. The colosseum is way too far away, on the other side of town and none of the apartments has a balcony. 2. They say “luxury apartments” but even though at least the rooms (around 15m2 including bathroom) are clean it is far away from luxury. 3. The bed was squeaking every time you just turned a little bit 4. There is an emergency light at the inside of the room which you cannot turn off so in the night the room is never entirely dark. 5. The price for the room is way too expensive. 80€ to 100€/night would be okay but we paid way more and we would not come back for this price. 6. The water in the bathroom had not enough pressure which made taking a shower quite difficult 7. The small elevator is totally scratched inside Like this post if it helped you book this accommodation (or another)

Big rooms, amazing location, lovely host, and super clean. These are only few positive aspects of staying in town house 57. When we got there,the host welcomed us in a very nice and lovely way, we had flowers and chocolate and wife on our bed, and we spend a lovely night there. I have been in lots of places in room,hotels,guest houses and ...., But so far this one was the best. I am not going to risk my stay anymore i. Rome, and I hope they always have place so I can stay more when ever I come to Rome. Highly recommended.

Comfortable bed, small but totally functional bathroom with a great shower. Helpful and unobtrusive front desk help. No breakfast offered. Mini-bar is well stocked. Location is close to bus lines and metro lines. Walk-able to most of Rome if that's what you're into as well. Good spot for Vatican visits, but also easy enough to get to Historic Rome too.

Brilliant stay. It’s a guest house and not a hotel. So don’t come with the expectation of a hotel. However, this isn’t a negative. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly fine for a couple. Complimentary drinks and chocolate. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast vouchers given for a local cafe. Thanks for a brilliant stay!
