This place is my first stay in Rome, the owner Nicola such a good young man kind heart and easy going! He tried his best to makes us feel comfortable to stay the B & B and he also pick up in airport(of course with pay) but our flight was delay for 5 hours from London he was kind enough to adjust his time to come airport. We really really appreciated that! Next time if we ever go back Vatican area definitely stay his place!

Our second stay at La Fabbrica di San Pietro. A lovely b&b in an excellent location with great facilities(really liked breakfast..and amazing coffee!). Tiziana and Nicola couldn't have been more helpful to us especially with my limited Italian!! We will definitely try and stay here if(when!!)we visit Rome again.
