Close to the restaurants, 711 and gym. The wash machine was dirty, I washed my clothes but they have leafs on, very hard to remore. The air-con was too old, still works but too strong, can not find a good temperature. BTW, don't trust their pictures about the swimming pool and the room. The pool was dry, The room was dirty. Maybe it's used to be a good motel, but no more…

A 3 star hotel which is more like service apartment. The location is good in the soi with many food places. The room and bulcony is very spacious for this price. But the building itself is quite old and not so fancy. The swimming pool is empty and the garden is abandoned. The bathroom has leaking tab and lame toilet seat. But the bathtub works well so it's a compensation. Upper levels are monthly apartment. There are parking behind the hotel which fully of fixed number plate parking. Only a few parking lot for hotel guests. Sometime I had to float parking on the side of the driveway. The service is fair but not so impressive. On my check out, they tried to deduct 300 baht off my deposite for one tiny spot of old blood stain on the bedsheet under my pillow which I never moved. But then they complied after we proved we had no wound. Altogether the hotel price is very reasonable (650baht for walk-in) I would still recommend the place.
