This is my first time seeing a hotel room this dirty. Additionally, the bathroom smells and when I try to charge my phone, all the electric condensers don't work. I couldn't sleep at all the first night because my hotel room wasn't soundproof at all from the outside noise. I asked to change the room the next day and changed the room, but there were ants and bugs in the room and I got bitten. I told Agoda and the hotel that I wanted to leave the next day, but no one took action. I stayed for the 3 days I had booked... A bug has bitten me and I think I need a refund or some kind of follow-up… For reference, only Chinese and Indian people stay in this hotel, and there are no visitors from other countries...

The only good thing about this hotel is the room size, it’s spacious enough. Room service isn’t good, the maid leaves out some areas without cleaning. The hotel policy is strict about everything, you can’t warm up food there and the fee if you break this rule is 2000 baht. They will not return your deposit if you check out earlier than the contract ends. The area itself is quite far from everything and quit dangerous for walking because of a huge amount of stray dogs around and it’s very inconvenient to get to the city center and back there. As for the price, I can’t say it’s cheap for this location where you’re excluded of everything. If you ask me, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn’t come back again.

Very far from the central area, old repairs, poor finishes inside. But very good staff and service, reservation management was very nice and efficient. There is a good laundromat nearby, 7/11, Lotus Fresh, Mini C market, lots of grocery stores, food courts and a mall with Fitness First gym. A good option for a one-night stay if you want to save your money. But as for me, I would not choose this place a second time. The price and the quality do not match each other. In the photos, the hotel looks much more attractive than in reality.

They efficiently provided a room for 2 days at 2 a.m after we found out our originally booked hotel had closed. Staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived from U.S. We received the same rate as our Thai friends, who were already there. Room was very clean and spacious. Television in sitting room and bedroom. Two twin beds with medium density mattress. Room was very quiet. Water pressure not great but adequate. Cold A/C in both rooms. Good size refrigerator and kitchen sink with kettle. Small balcony. 7-11 right next door. In light of day several restaurants very close. Vibrant, busy street. Very happy with room and would book again.
