Had a very relaxing 2 night stay here. The room on the 9th floor was very large with a lots of space and very clean. The view was of other buildings - others complained about that here but not quite sure what else one would expect in SP. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was really great! There is also an outside balcony area in the restaurant which was really lovely to sit in on the morning. Excellent location to get to Paulista and also very good value for money while we stayed.

Having seen many luxury hotels before in the USA, I was a little disappointed in the room and the view (facing another building). However, the friendly service, the wonderful breakfast, and convenient location definitely compensated for the room and view. I would definitely trade a higher room for a better view.

My room (405) is extremely noisy even at 10:30pm. When requested a room change, no remedy was provided because there is no room left. Rooms on the 4th floor and below should not be rented out — or at least fix the windows.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. It was very clean and a great location. However, being a tourist from the USA, there was a language barrier. At times, it felt like this was taken advantage of. Staff would speak to me in English then turn and laugh and speak in Portuguese and stare. Also, I used the parking garage for my rental- But I would wait outside by the door for 20-30 minutes each time I needed the vehicle. Portuguese speaking adults would arrive at the garage space after me and be given their car before me; even though I had been waiting around for a questionably long time. Like I said, it’s a nice hotel and excellent location. Unfortunately, the vibe was off, there was weird tension, and I felt victimized at times during my stay.
