When myself and my partner were at the reception desk to check in, the staff members were miserable. Not even a welcome. They looked like they weren't bothered to work. One of them looked aggressive. The next day, I was waiting at the queue at the reception area. I waited for around 10 minutes. The other staff member, who wasn't busy, just kept staring at me for a good while and then walked out of the door. When I asked politely if I can have another key card for my partner, as we only received one key, the guy was quite aggressive and wanted an argument. I felt intimidated. He treated me like I did something wrong. The housekeeper was lazy. We put the sign on the door handle to clear out the rubbish and provide us with fresh towels. She was very rude to my partner and complained about the bin being slightly overfilled. She dumped the fresh towels on the bed, but did not take the old ones. We ended up with 6 towels in the room. Other than that, the room was very nice. The food we had for dinner was delicious, and the staff who served us were friendly and professional. That was the highlight of our stay. Overall, it is a nice hotel, but some of the staff need more training, and learn how to treat their guests with the way on how they would like to be treated. I would have given this hotel 1 star out of 5, but because the food was great, the room was great, and service during dinner was great, I decided to give 2 stars. I have been to many Travelodge hotels numerous times over the years and I enjoyed them all. However, sadly, this one let us down. It's a shame, because it is starting to make me not go to a Travelodge hotel ever again.

Another trip, another Travelodge. Friendly, helpful service from the assistant manager. Good clean building and room. Around the corner from a busy road but did not hear any noise apart from a few noisy people banging their door a few times in the early hours of the morning. Good location to Wembley.

If it were anywhere else but London I would say it wasn't worth the price as I've been in much nicer hotel rooms and hostels for less but I wonder if I'm comparing prices in times where things were much cheaper in general. As a place to just rest your head for a night it was adequate. The bathroom was not clean at all though and the toilets were extremely low down with flimsy seats. I can't comment on noise as, for the most part, I'll sleep through anything but I felt as rested there as anywhere else I've been so that's a positive. Easy walk to the bus / nearest tube station so easy to get to and from.

I regret to say that my stay at this hotel left much to be desired. The property appears somewhat run down, situated in an inconvenient location with minimal access to public transport and no nearby shops. The additional charge for parking seems unfair, and while the rooms are clean, it's evident that the establishment primarily caters to temporary accommodation. Unfortunately, this focus on short-term stays may explain the lack of investment in improvements. If alternatives are available, I would strongly recommend exploring those instead.
