Everything was wonderful. The bedrooms very cleans. The attendants are very attentive and hospitable. I would like come back again any day. Recommend.

We spend a couple of nights at the hotel. The room was very clean and the location was very good, very close to the Willesden Junction tube station. You can see it is a family business and they were doing their best to make us feel comfortable. As an example, the Netflix was not working on the TV in the room so we contacted reception. After a few minutes, the receptionist came after going through two floors of steps to try to fix it, when we realised he had cast in one of his legs

So many things to say. Had a nightmare from booking to checking out. On booking.com a double room but doesn't mean a double room so I was made to pay an extra £10 to have a bigger room. The staff over the phone were rude, the staff in the "reception" rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean upon arrival and then when we came back it smelt like sick. There were hairs in the bed, stains in the bed too. The bin was dirty, no bin liner but mold. I had to kill over 15 cockroaches. When I told the guy at reception, he did not care. Absolutely vile.

We arrived 14 July 1am we have booked 3 rooms the room were very bad they had a very bad smell there was bugs no safety the electric blugs were loose and we had kids and it was dangerous for them and the closet was very dirty we couldn't put our stuff because off how dirty it was and the bathroom floor was broken where the toilet seat was and there wasn't hot water after we hardly tried to sleep then we slept we woke up our skin was very itchy and my family were very unsatisfied and they were disgusted and dispointed and it ruined our holiday at night my kids cried they wanted to go to other hotel and as soon as it was morning we moved to other hotel till this day my family are very annoyed with what happend and can't stop thinking about it
