Hotel location is not very ideal if you planning to walk as it’s located a little down a hill which will need a lot of stairs and climbing to reach main streets, they close doors at nights and only open them by themselves great for safety but if that one receptionist fell asleep or went to make some food for himself good luck with with waiting outside for between 2-15 minutes. The hotel isn’t very well cleaned as the shelves were very dusty and sinks needed some maintenance. The price on the other hand is great so if you’re planing to stay on an ok place for cheap and you will look past the downsides of the hotel this will be ideal for you. The housekeeping won’t change towels and bedsheets when they clean up your room as well so beware. You can also hear the next room very loudly if you neighbors were not quite.

Hatice Ozcan the manager of Trip Park is extremely unprofessional. She gave prices that included breakfast but their breakfast area is not even ready to serve customers. Then she quoted prices that were 50% higher than online on Agoda. When I asked her about it she straight up ignored me. So I called and followed up, she finally picked up and responded, then I asked another question and she ignored me again. I ended up booking on Agoda which was cheaper and more professional. Horrible service & attitude of the manager. You don't ignore your customers!

I recommend it for everyone , very kind and helpful staff , thay can speak all languages , also the location is heart of İstanbul in Taxsim , additionally Osmanbay Tram is close to hotel, in another side the cleanes is perfect the hotel is new .
