I will be very honest, this place is only location the rest is not even worth to talk about. One thing is very important you need to know before booking at this place that it is so vociferous, loud the bangla street music will be inside the rooms no joke. Also it's to far to walk from the room to get the street and it's like a maze. The reception keep asking my gf about her ID and I talked to them about and they were so rude. I guess there is so many better options for hotel than this one. I moved to better one and like 10 minutes walking distance with better room and more clean. I don't hate this place but it's just facts unfortunately this place is very outdated. Maybe 20 years ago was a good hotel but really there are so many better and cheaper ones. I will give it 3 starts instead of 2.

I’ve been to multiple hotels in the Patong region, this one is by far the best I’ve been to. The location is amazing, you literally have an ocean view when you are in the restaurant. I only encountered one problem while staying which was that one of that ACs was not working, but the people in hospitality were very quick to solve the problem, they were even nice enough to offer us another room for a couple of hours until they tackle the issue.

Nice hotel with spacious bungalows, and a good restaurant. The water pressure in the shower was very bad. It is located near the main nightlife street in Patong, so if you want a good night sleep, go elsewhere. There is quite some noice (loud music) in the evening and night

I'm very happy with my almost 2 week stay here. Great location to the beach and Bangla Rd although at first glance it can be hard to find the entrance. You can definitely hear the music coming from Bangla during the night but I did not find it loud enough to be anymore disruptive to my sleep than the fireworks they set off almost nightly at the beach for New Years. If traveling solo and wanting to bring company, then make sure and book the room for 2 guests to avoid paying a joiner fee.
