The room was fairly basic. They stopped serving breakfast by 9am, should be 10am. The shuttle service took 40min to arrive even though the reception told us that it would be there in 15 minutes. This hotel certainly did not live up to the name Hilton.

We had an overnight layover in Vegas, and opted to stay here instead of the strip for convenience to the airport. Location was great, as we were able to keep our bags while we explored, and then when we came back late (because we were having too much fun), we were minutes away from the airport. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, free breakfast, 24 hour coffee bar; the hotel is much on brand like the other Tru hotels, so like others said, it does have the same Ikea-dorm-room vibe, which we kind of like since we were traveling with our teenagers. What sets this Tru apart is the service. We came in on a red eye, and the young woman who checked us in was exceptional, making sure we had everything we needed information-wise. The young man and young woman working the next day were also equally helpful and accommodating. She overheard us wondering where we should spend our few hours and recommended a cafe that will be a highlight of our trip! They offered to check our bags, so we didn't have to haul them around. If you want to save money on your next trip to Vegas, and still be a short taxi ride away from all the action, this hotel is perfect! Clean, quiet, great service, good location!

Staff is great, location perfect, rooms clean and quiet. Lots of Lil activities, pool and a drawer of games, computer access, a gym. Rooms have a huge television, small fridge, comfy beds and blackout shades. Food Fantabulous! TRU and Hilton holding true to their standard. Thank you RYAN😎

Location, location, location. We didn't know this until we got to Las Vegas, but this hotel is about a block away from the Las Vegas rental car drop-off. We had an early flight, and it was awesome dropping the car off the night before and walking back to the hotel. Took the hotel shuttle in the morning and got an extra 30 minutes of sleep. Would have saved an extra day of car rental had we known in advance.
