We stayed at Extended Stay and it was terrible so compared to that I give Holiday Inn Express 5 stars! There were some minor problems like what looked like pet hair on the couch but I have pets so not a big deal to me. The bathroom and the room overall was clean and comfortable. I liked that they had plenty of hooks and places to put your belongings. I also liked that they had Dove body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. I also love the complimentary breakfast! The service was very nice as well. I meant to take more pictures but I forgot.

Spent just a quick overnight here while traveling for work. Room was clean, service was great. Only downside, my room was right next to the elevator. A little noisy, but not too bad. In-N-Out burger right next door. Worked great. Grabbed a burger, quick few hours of sleep, then off to the airport.

I can say that I was expecting nicer rooms for the amount we paid. 700+ for two nights and our shower wasn't even cleaned, I had to clean myself. Floors feel sticky. Just very run down. The gal who checked us in (forgot her name) was excellent and very kind! I've stayed here a few years ago with our entire family (5 rooms total) and I don't recall having run down rooms. I think I'd consider staying someplace else the next time we're in Vegas because like I said for the price you'd think you're getting a way nicer room and you aren't. Once you find one thing wrong with the room, other things start looking real gross and dirty so maybe I just was unlucky this trip and got and old room, idk!

Unfortunately, our rooms keys did not work after being coded twice. The tv did not work. The wall thermostat was not functioning while the units' controls worked, making our room confusing to cool. Lastly, I went to use the hot tub in the am and found it pretty disgusting...green and full of debris. Worse yet, there were no clean pool towels. While we did not address all of these issues with the staff, what we did they were pleasant and accommodating.

I would never consider staying at this establishment again. Although the rooms have been recently renovated (renovation is not over and it will take a lot more to make this place decent place to stay), the overall experience was quite disappointing. Here are some reasons for my dissatisfaction: 1. Unjustified Parking Fee: They charge a $15 parking fee, which I found to be unreasonable since there are no additional services or security provided in return. It feels like they are simply trying to overcharge guests. 2. Breakfast Disappointment: The breakfast experience left much to be desired. There was no hot water or hot tea available, and the absence of bacon, omelets, and cinnamon rolls was disappointing. To make matters worse, the pancake machine wasn't even working. So there was nothing real to eat. As a result, we decided to skip breakfast altogether and eat elsewhere." 3. Not safe - We did not feel safe around the area of the hotel. I think, there should be security around the property.
